Last night this guy staying at the hostel left at 10 pm then came back at 11:30 pm and proceeded to make a shit ton of noise. He rustled plastic bags, clang dishes, left lights on, snored and more. I was livid.

I only slept till around 7 or so today. The morning was spent hanging out and eating. Rafiki and I went to the Cafe and had a pretty good breakfast. By 11:30 I had my food we were on the way back to the trail.

We only had 8.6 miles to go. We started in the sun and by the end it was raining. Lucky for us the yurt was open. CT Barbie who is on the Colorado Trail was with us but well behind us so she got really wet. Kelly (Scratchy) and his wife Elizabeth (Itchy) showed up even later. It’s a full house.

The rain hasn’t stopped and it’s now 8:08. I pray that it’s not raining tomorrow. We have 24.8 mile day planned with a lot of ridge line to walk. Almost no trees at all.
